Wine and cava are two excellent products that are made in our town and in the Baix Penedès region, and that are part of the DO Penedès wine region.
The wineries and retail cooperatives offer a wide selection of wines and cavas as a result of the carefully curated selection of the grape varietals of this area. For white wines and cavas, the wineries use Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada and Chardonnay. And for red wines, Tempranillo, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are used.
This wide range of grapes gives the wines and cavas an exceptionally high quality, richness, balance, aroma and graduation, making them an excellent drink for accompanying the local traditional cuisine.

Jané Ventura is a family winery maintaining its tradition in the world of wine since 1914, which began in the Baix Penedès with Josep Jané, grandfather of Benjamí Jané Ventura.
